Position Overview
As a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, you will provide advanced data analytic support on multiple client-facing and internal projects. You will transform and interpret high-volume datasets into meaningful, actionable reporting and create complex data models. Analyst responsibilities will include healthcare claims analysis, financial and data trend reporting, data QA, metric creation, and performance tracking along with other ad hoc requests. The Senior Analyst will also use technical and business acumen to deliver insightful, high quality, visual analytics, and recommendations to both our team and our clients.
Essential Functions
· Query and extract data from our data warehouse for analysis.
· Leverage technical abilities, problem solving skills and analytic insights to create reports with results presented in insightful, visually intuitive formats.
· Design and implement data reporting and dashboard solutions.
· Transform raw data into meaningful information through database management and data modeling leveraging Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other tools.
· Independently solve complex analytical challenges with innovative recommendations and solutions.
· Interact with Internal Senior Leadership and adhere to required client deadlines.
· Complete ad hoc requests as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Proficiency with data management & analytics software.
· Experience in retail pharmacy pricing or supply chain economics.
· Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx Designer, MS Office, and Tableau preferred.
· Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
· Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
· Experienced with customer focused projects and ability to be flexible, take initiative, handle multiple projects, and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
· Experience in developing complex data models.
Education and Work Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science or other related field
· Master’s Degree Preferred
· 3-5 years in healthcare required with retail pharmacy or PBM claims data analysis experience.

Position Overview
The Operations Project Manager will be involved in company-wide projects from start to finish. The Operations Project Manager must be able to see projects through to the end in a seamless, detailed manner. This position will work and interact with various leadership and stakeholders within and outside of the company. Communication skills are vital along with an attention to detail. This position will be focused on supporting our technology projects and will include coordinating resources, documenting requirements, maintaining project plans, documenting Standard Operating Procedures, and managing project deliverables to meet completion deadlines.
