Job Recruitment Fraud Alert
Background
There is an increase in recruitment fraud involving scammers who post fraudulent job openings and/or who contact jobseekers with fake job offers. These individuals may even conduct fraudulent interviews in an attempt to obtain personal information and/or money from the applicants.

A fraud scheme is using XIL Health logos, job descriptions and personnel photos/names claiming to be part of the XIL Health HR and Recruitment Team. They contact job seekers under false and fraudulent circumstances, typically by text, pretending to be from XIL HEALTH and offering jobs to candidates. This is a SCAM!! Do not provide personal information, fill out a W4, or give money to these fraudsters.
XIL Health follows a merit-based employee recruitment practice with extensive screening steps. XIL Health does not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process.
XIL HEALTH Recruitment Process
ALL potential candidates are required to complete the application/recruitment process:
∙ You will personally speak with a Recruitment and Human Resource Team member.
∙ All interviews are conducted in person or through video conference calls.
- XIL Health will NOT request an interview on any instant messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
- XIL Health will NOT conduct interviews via text messaging.
- XIL Health will offer you a job unless you have interviewed in person or through Zoom. We do not use Microsoft teams or other applications for interviews.
∙ We will never ask for a financial commitment from an applicant as part of the recruitment process.

XIL Health never requests fees for any purpose during or after the hiring process. XIL Health will never request money for the opportunity to apply or work.
The XIL Health HR and Recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@xilhealth.com”. However, there is also a possibility of scammers to display the sent email domain address as “@xilhealth.com” fraudulently. Nevertheless, receiving emails will be possible only with the legitimate “@xilhealth.com” domain. In case any generic email ID ending with Gmail/Yahoo/AOL domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert of the likelihood of a scammer.
The XIL Health Team does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.
